The Central Library will be holding another one of its patent searching programs. The librarians from the Business & Technology will explain the strategies for doing a patent search that match the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) guidelines.

This is a great way to see if something similar to your idea has already exists with USPTO. It's a crucial step in protecting your ideas.

Patents 101: How to do a Patent Search will be held this month on Monday, April 28th from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. at the Central Library. For more information call (414) 286-3000.
