If you or a loved one is experiencing a decline in vision or mobility, or you would like to know where you can go to volunteer to help those with visual and mobility problems plan to attend the joint open house of the Wisconsin Regional Library for the Blind & Physically Handicapped (WRLBPH) and the Audio & Braille Literacy Enhancement (ABLE).

This is a great opportunity to find out about the operations of these two library services. There will be interactive tours of the WRLBPH where the Library of Congress digital talking book player will be demonstrated, plus Braille demonstrations, hands-on audio activities, in-depth NFB Newsline® demonstrations, tactile picture making and more!
Join us for great food, good company and interactive tours! Please enter through the Wells Street doors of the Central Library.
If you are planning to attend, please respond by September 16th. Call the WRLBPH at (414) 286-3045 or 1-800-242-8822. Respond by email at lbph@milwaukee.gov. Call ABLE at (414) 286-3039. Respond by email at info@ablenow.org.
The open house will be located in Milwaukee Public Library’s Central Library, Tuesday, September 23rd, 2008 from 1:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Cool site, love the info. I do a lot of research online on a daily basis and for the most part, people lack substance but, I just wanted to make a quick comment to say I'm glad I found your blog. Thanks,
A definite great read...:)
