The streetcar tracks are no longer there, but the holidays in downtown Milwaukee haven't changed all that much. This picture looks east from N. 3rd onto Wisconsin Avenue. The photograph was taken Nov. 30, 1942 and resides in the Frank P. Zeidler Humanities Room at the Central Library.
