After the cold and rainy weather of the past couple of months, it's a bit of a shock to be plunged into what feels like the dog days of summer. With temperatures and humidity having gotten this oppressively high, the Milwaukee Health Department has issued a heat advisory and reminds people that Milwaukee Public Library locations are designated "cool spots".
