This Sunday, May 20th, the lucky citizens of Milwaukee will be able to view 50 minutes of a partial solar eclipse. This will be the first eclipse visible in Milwaukee in 10 years. The eclipse will take place from exactly 7:21 p.m. until 8:12 p.m. Want to view the eclipse? Learn how to make an eclipse viewer here. Want to see the eclipse from up high? Join the party at the Urban Ecology Center for a viewing through special planetarium telescopes. Want more information on eclipses? Check out these books from your Milwaukee Public Library!
