From the collection of The Walt Disney Family Museum

On this day in 1928 Mickey Mouse made his first appearance in a Disney short called Plane Crazy. Since his debut, Mickey Mouse has starred in over thirty films and four televison shows. Learn more about Mickey Mouse and the Walt Disney Company at your Milwaukee Public Library
