Continuing Education : Math Literacy at Milwaukee Public Library

On Wednesday, June 26th and Saturday, June 28th Milwaukee Public library is offering a free class entitled Math Literacy. By taking this class, you can receive 1.5 hours of Continuing Education credit.

Math concepts are a part of literacy. Discover books and activities that deal with early math concepts and ways to use those books to help children build a foundation for math skills. Registration required; call 286-3011 or register online. Adults only; no children, no exceptions. Check-in begins 10 minutes prior to class time. Workshops begin on time. To receive credit, attendees must arrive on time. Registration for each class closes the day before that class, so be sure to sign up before then.

WHEN: Wednesday, June 26th from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM and Saturday, June 27th from 10:30AM to 12:00 PM
WHERE: Washington Park library, 2121 N. Sherman Blvd (Sherman & Lisbon)
